Kibiye Dennis is a Systems Architect focused on Africa’s continental digital health and information systems. His work centers on engineering the infrastructure that turns fragmented health data into timely, sovereign intelligence for public health leaders.
At the Africa Centres for Disease Control and Prevention (Africa CDC), he contributes technical leadership across the Division of Digital Health and Information Systems—shaping architecture for the Central Data Repository (CDR) and OKAPI, Africa CDC’s centrally governed digital health intelligence platform.
Through the Sovereign Data for Health (SD4H) initiative, his focus is an integrated, intelligent, and secure Primary Health Care data ecosystem—supporting Member States to reduce preventable maternal deaths with real-time, data-driven decision-making.
